Your student's attendance is the #1 thing a parent/guardian can do to help a student succeed! Please make sure your student is at school before 8:00 and is not checked out early. Any student missing 3 or less days will be rewarded.

New staff as of board meeting last night
Despite the weather, field day will still happen tomorrow, Friday, May 17 but we will shift to INSIDE stations. 2nd is scheduled for 9:00-11:00 and 3rd for 11:30-1:45. All volunteers will need to check in at the office to get a station schedule and location. Students will still need to bring a sack lunch.

Eclipse information
Clarksville Elementary & Clarksville Intermediate need a substitute nurse!

All Clarksville School facilities will be closed to everyone over the eclipse weekend and on eclipse day, Monday, April 8th. All the districts’ parking lots will also be closed and not available to the public or employees. We are doing this out of an abundance of caution and to avoid possible issues in resuming school on Tuesday. The district will announce via the text messaging system if school will be closed Tuesday. Otherwise, classes will only be closed on Monday, April 8th, and normal operations will resume on Tuesday, April 9th.
Reminder: We will have Family Night at our Book Fair tomorrow from 3:35-6:00. One lucky family will win a basket of goodies!

Due to the possibility of severe weather this evening, all afterschool activities, and K-5 Parent Teacher Conferences for the Clarksville School District are being postponed. Teachers will contact K-5 parents to discuss your child's progress and schedule necessary conferences. School will dismiss at 3:30 today as normal.
