Clarksville Primary 2021-22 Kindergarten Registration will be held on
April 5-9.
If your child did not receive an appointment through
daycare or does not attend a daycare,
please call the Primary School at 479-979-6000
to set up an appointment to register your child.
Please bring the following items to registration:
- Immunization record
- Social security card
- Birth certificate
- Proof of residency (a utility bill will suffice)
Students MUST be five (5) years of age on or before
August 1, 2021 to be eligible for Kindergarten
