The portal, www.mymealtime.com is live and open for parents to apply for free/reduced meals online. Parents can contact me or any kitchen manager if they should have questions about applying. I have attached a simple flyer that can be used for social media or webpage. I have also attached a flyer that can be used, it also come in Spanish. The apply online portal is available is Spanish as well.
PARENTS ONLY NEED TO FILL OUT 1 PAPER APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD or 1 APPLICATION ONLINE. THEY NEED TO BE SURE AND LIST ALL STUDENTS AND ALL PERSONS LIVING IN THE HOUSEHOLD ON THE APPLICATION.
If the household receives SNAP benefits, they do not need to apply and should receive a letter within the coming weeks notifying them. This information comes from ADE/DESE and I hope to have it this week.
Kitchen Managers and myself will be available during open house to assist parents with questions regarding applications.
