Semester Test Schedule:
12/16: 2nd period (7:50-8:36), 6th period (8:40-9:26), 8th period (9:30-10:16)
12/17: 3rd period (7:50-8:36), 5th period (8:40-9:26), 7th period (9:30-10:16)
12/18: 1st period (7:50-8:36)

Students ARE allowed to be checked out after testing is completed without penalty. Testing periods will not be interrupted for early check out. To ensure student safety, students will only be released to individuals on the student's contact list with a photo ID. Changes to the pick up list must be made in writing and are not accepted over the phone. Students who will walk home need written consent from a guardian.

Don't forget! Tomorrow (12/15) is pajama day and holiday parties!

CJH Holiday parties are next Monday, December 15th. Wear school-appropriate PJs and bring a store-bought treat to share with your 4th period if you'd like!

Beginning this school year, report cards will no longer be mailed home. First quarter report cards — along with 8th grade math intervention plans (if applicable) — will be distributed to students during homeroom today. If you would prefer to pick up your student’s grade report in person, please stop by the Junior High office. Thank you for your continued support in keeping up with your student’s progress!

Breakfast is free for all students this year in the Clarksville School District! We know that starting the day with breakfast helps students learn better — and that’s what we want for YOU!

To make mornings more fun, Clarksville Junior High is “spicing things up” this month. Each day in October, if you grab a breakfast tray, you’ll receive a ticket for our lunchtime prize drawings!

Even if you’re not hungry right away, stop by for a Poptart or pastry to save for later. Join us in the cafeteria each morning for breakfast and a chance to win!

Our district will host a flu clinic this week. CJH will be on Thursday, October 9th. Please return forms to school by the start of school that day to ensure your child gets their flu shot. Make sure you fill out each paper.

You should have received an email from DoNotReply@cambiumassessment.com with a link to view your student’s ATLAS assessment scores from Spring 2025. The link will expire in 7 days.

ATLAS is Arkansas’s statewide assessment that measures student progress toward grade-level standards. Please note: If you did not provide the school with an email address, you will not receive this information. These scores help us plan curriculum and interventions tailored to individual student needs.

If you need assistance accessing the scores or would like to update your contact information, please reach out to the school office.

Tennis is cancelled
Volleyball will only travel with JrA team today. The 8th grade team will not travel. The start time has been changed to 4:00 for JrA.
