How do I get a login & password at school?
To get an account on the Clarksville School District computer network you must first be a student, student teacher, or employee of the school district. The next thing you have to do is read and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. After you have read and agree to the Acceptable Use Policy you must fill out an Account Application Form and turn it in to the Technology Coordinator or his designee. You will then be notified of your login name and password.

How do I properly clean my laptop screen?
  1. Turn the computer off.
  2. Do not touch or press on the screen with your bare hands or fingers. Oils or grease from your hands can stain or smudge the screen and may be difficult to remove.
  3. Use a soft dry cotton cloth to gently wipe away fingerprints and smudges from the screen. If this does not completely remove the dirt and smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water and try again. Never spray liquid directly on the screen. Special cleaning cloths are available and are probably a good investment. Be very careful that you select a cloth that is free from any particles or dirt that can damage the screen. Do not use paper towels, ammonia, or strong cleaners on the screen under any circumstances.
  4. Try to clean your monitor at least once a month. Who knows, it could change your perspective on the world.
